Synchroon commissions BETA to design an apartment block in the Wisselspoor district of Utrecht

We’re pleased to announce that developer Synchroon has commissioned BETA to design an apartment block in the Wisselspoor district of Utrecht. The project will be part of an ensemble of buildings by Arons & Gelauff, Office Winhov and BETA. We expect to complete the definitive design in the second quarter of 2022, with construction to commence towards the end of that same year.

Wisselspoor is a former railway yard in Utrecht which is gradually being transformed into a sustainable new urban district. The urban scheme is by Studioninedots and Delva Landscape Architects and has a BREEAM Excellent rating.
